Bellydance Artist

Suitable for festivals, community groups or for anyone wanting to try bellydance for the first time, tasters are a fun and exciting way to get to know each other whilst learning a new skill. Past clients include carers at Martin House Children's Hospice, Girl Guiding UK and Leeds University Union Belly Dance Society.

Taster workshops allow participants to try real bellydance for themselves and serve as a unique
team-building activity for your training days. Fantastic for building bonds or simply as a corporate energiser.
CONFIDENCE-BUILDING: Alternatively, you could opt for Meilyn's confidence skills workshops; for mixed teams and women-only groups, you decide.

Educational talks and workshops are suitable for Key Stages 2, 3 and 4, and cover apects of the history, geography and culture of the dance. Engaging and informative, age-appropriate talks promote listening and learning skills, as well as building confidence through movement. Popular with boys and girls alike, these can be either talk or dance workshop, or a combination of the two.
